1. DEFINITIONS
"Services" means web name registration, domain site hosting, email and any other service or facility provided by domain-names-2-buy or NetSecrets (its parent company) to you. "Server" means the computer server equipment operated by domain-names-2-buy in connection with the provision of the Services. "domain Site" means the area on the Server allocated by domain-names-2-buy to you for use by you as a site on the Internet.
2. DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION
We make no representation that the web name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. It can therefore not be assumed that registration of your requested web name(s) has occurred until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your own risk. The registration and use of your web name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against domain-names-2-buy in respect of refusal to register a web name. Any administration charge paid by you to domain-names-2-buy shall be non-refundable except where refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name has transpired; We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any web name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the web name. We shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute; We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us; Payment for web names are to be met within 7 days of request for registration, if payment is not met 7 days the account details will be passed to Dun & Bradstreet Debt Collection Agency, who will be instructed to take all means necessary to recover monies owed. If this action is taken, an administration charge of £50.00 will be added in addition to all and any costs imposed by Dun & Bradstreet. In addition, any and all other accounts held by your company with domain-names-2-buy will be cleared from the server, resulting in loss of information. Upon receipt of an order, a web name is registered AND PAID FOR by domain-names-2-buy, therefore making the order non-cancellable. No communication will be entered into regarding this matter - once an order has been placed, it is a binding contract and cannot be withdrawn except where refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name has transpired;
